Returns and Exchanges

Code Pink Essentials accepts returns and exchanges only when an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, and only when the issue is reported within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.

Seven calendar days means seven actual days from the date of delivery — not seven business days. Requests received after the 7-day window cannot be honored.

Eligible for a return or exchange

  • The item arrived damaged in transit
  • The item is defective
  • The wrong item, wrong size, or wrong quantity was shipped
  • An item listed in the order is missing

Not eligible for a return or exchange

  • A change of mind after ordering
  • A size ordered by mistake
  • An item that fits differently than expected or is not the preferred fit
  • An item that is not what the customer imagined or expected
  • Final-sale merchandise
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional and complimentary gifts
  • Opened or worn compression socks
  • Any item reported after the 7-calendar-day window

Available sizes and fit guidance are listed on every product. The Code Pink Stretch Leggings are offered in M (8/10), L (12/14), and XL (12/14), with generous four-way stretch — choose your usual size for a close, contoured fit, or size up if you prefer more room. Please review the sizing before ordering, or email before checkout with any sizing question.

Condition requirements for eligible items

Items approved for return must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in original condition, in original packaging when applicable, and free of makeup, deodorant, fragrance, stains, hair, and any signs of wear beyond the reported damage or defect.

For hygiene reasons, compression socks must remain unopened, unworn, unwashed, and sealed in the original packaging.

Bracelets must be returned unworn and with the original packaging.

Shipping charges

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. When an order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Code Pink Essentials covers the cost of the return or replacement shipment.

Exchanges are subject to available inventory.

How to start a return or exchange

Email codepinkglamessentials@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of delivery using the subject Return Request — Order #[ORDER NUMBER], and include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Email used at checkout
  • Item involved
  • Reason for the request
  • Clear photographs of the item and the packaging

Approved returns will be inspected after arrival. Allow up to seven business days after the approved return is received for the refund or exchange to be processed.

The customer's bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.

Complimentary gifts are not separately refundable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If a qualifying purchase is fully returned, the complimentary gift may need to be returned or its $9.99 retail value may be deducted from the refund.
